I ordered a tin of salve priced at $8.99. I was charged $11.95 f.or shipping. The tin of salve weighed .4 lb. The salve was delivered 18 days after my account was debited.
I think that the amount charged for shipping was not commensurate with the service. I am not impressed with this company.
