Grossly overpriced I understand a towing fee But a $administration fee, $for storage (approx hours) and a $after hours release feeUnacceptable
We were told we could get the vehicle at am Employee showed up (after I called them) at 1:pm I asked what discount I received because my time is valuable Basically got no response
