We were called out by the Insurance Coto work on the customers well, found a bad pump, customer wanted us to wait till she talked to her husband, so I called the Insurance Coto let them know what was going on, and called my techs off the job while waiting on customer to make a decisionWe were notified by the Insurance Cothat the customer didn't want us to proceed with the installation and that they were going to go with another Company, We were not authorized by the Insurance Coto do any more work at the propertyIt doesn't make any sense why the customer would want the old equipment put back down the well when the other Water Well Co.is just going to have to pull it to install new equipment.Having the equipment already out of the well would save the customer money because the other Cowouldn't have to pull itIf you need any other information please let us knowThank you
