Regarding the complaint # [redacted] and submitted on 7-18-from Mr [redacted] .We both agree I would fix leaks on gutters and take out all the leafs out of gutters that are all the way around his house and garage for $I told him I would scrape the area of where the leaks were, to do the repair, that easy the material would stick to the metalAfter I finish the job, Mr [redacted] complain I did the job too quick and only paid me $I told him it was fine, now he wants $backI’ll be glad to give him a check of $150.00Thanks [redacted]

Review: Gave me an estimate for gutter clean and repair. Said he would scrape inside gutter. He did not.He charged me $300 for two hours for incomplete work, my doctor doesn't charge this much!Tried to get me to buy, New gutters! If so should not have done the work.Desired Settlement: Return half of the $300
