In this case with the client, we did follow our policy
The client arrived on 4/for her color appointment and requested a fashion color (the color gray)After the service on 4/9, the client was not satisfied with the resultsThe stylist and the client agreed to meet again the next morning 4/to do a color adjustmentThe client asked for a fashion color (the color blue) to be added to her hair and the stylist agreed
When doing a fashion color, the client has the understanding that fashion colors are more upkeep than a conventional color ieblonde or brunetteThis will require more frequent visits to the salon for maintenanceWhen the client left, she communicated to the stylist that she was satisfied with the color
The clients hair was not green when she left salon, as she statedIt was blue as she requestedAs basic color theory states, the color of blue naturally fades to greenAs stated earlier, the client was made aware of the upkeep of fashion colors
The client never called our salon to express her dissatisfactionWe reached out to her on May 13th, when we received the dispute letter from the bankOur receptionist ***, reached out to the client firstThen ***, our other receptionist, reached out to the client and had an extensive conversation about the situation and services renderedThe client never asked us for refundWe only received the dispute letter of the charge though the bank
Even though the client waited weeks to dispute the charge and never contact us about an issue when we spoke with her, we did offer the client a complimentary service to *** her issueThe client declined, stating she no longer lived in the state
The client never called the salon for a follow up conversation

Portions of the response from the business are simply untrueI did try calling the salon before disputing the charge but did not get a manager on the phone and was not able to leave a voice mail because their automated system did not send me through to a voice mailbox
I only agreed to return to the salon the next day after my initial appointment because they completely ruined my hair and I had no choiceThe salon charged me before completing the dye job (on the first day), therefore I was paying for a service that was not even complete at the time, leaving me no option after they were not able to dye my hair correctly
I asked for blue to be put in my hair as a secondary option only after they were unsuccessful for two days to get my hair the gray color which I went in for, and yet a shade of teal green was put inThat was still not what I asked for either, they couldn't even get the second option correct because the salon was out of stock in blue dye
I never expressed that I was satisfied with the color, I HAD NO CHOICE
*** told me she would call me back with a solution after speaking to the salon owner, yet I received no return phone callInstead I only received a letter from the bank stating that the business would not give me a refundThe salon has not only offered terrible service, but is being untruthful about what occurred
I would like a refundThe service I went in for was never delivered and instead my hair was left in terrible condition and my time has been completely wasted over two daysI have never dealt with a company with such poor customer serviceThis salon owner doesn't care about its customers to the point of not only ruining their hair, but then not even offering a refund and apology
