I trusted this man and paid him in full to do a new roof for me, everything was great until it rained, my family room leaked all over, this is the flat roof section of the house, I called him on it, he said he would fix it, but he had no money, now I am stuck with paying another roofer to fix what I already paid forHe never gave me any receipt, or paperwork, claiming his labor charge, so I guess he does not claim this incomeThis is not acceptable, I am outraged that I found him thru the Revdex.com, if I cannot trust them, who do you trust?
We hired *** *** *** *** *** giving him pictures taken from a inspection report to sell my homeI trusted him to complete the workRe-inspection of roof showed repairs were not completeHis excuse was he missed tiles and ran out of rolled roofing (elastomer)He went back only to tell us he didn't have tiles and would complete roof laterHe never returned calls or completed the roofHe is unreliable and does not work with integrity Unless you can go up on the roof watching his workmanship and know about roofs this is not the company to go with
I contracted with this company (Luis R***) in March to install new underlayment in several parts of my tile roof that were leakingThe work was done but the first time it rained two new places that MrR*** had fixed were found to be leakingI contacted MrR*** by phone and he agreed to come out and fix both roof areas that he had repaired that were now leakingHe never came out, called back or fixed the leaksI have since had to hire a new roofing company to redo all the work that MrR*** had done
