Dear Ms. [redacted], We had an out of state customer put a deposit on the car and had to mail documents to them. Once they receive the documents the customer has to get them notarized and send them back to us. Unfortunately, it does take some time and until the car is delivered we...
would keep it on the web just in case the customer did back out of the purchase for any reason. It has since been removed because the customer did take delivery. We have changed our process since then and once someone puts a deposit on a car we do stop publishing them on the web. Thanks, [redacted]General Sales Manager
