Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hi [redacted] I'm sending you these forms as further prof RE: ID # [redacted] I did receive an email from Revdex.com today stating that due to not having received a response to confirm this complaint has been resolved,this complaint has been closedI did try contacting you last week at [redacted] ext [redacted] I got your voice mail and left you a brief message with my name and number asking if you could please give me a call backIn these forms are some of the documents where you can see that after over 1/years they finally did correct the document where it now shows on the contract that we do have an extended warranty (comfort plan)You will also see an invoice with [redacted] 's signature and notes that if we don't pay the amount due on that repair they will also void our extended warranty on the part that was replaced.(Which I was told by my comfort plan that they can not do that either.) The reason we refused to pay for that repair was because we had purchased the extended warrantyWhat we failed to do on our end was when we were given the invoice we never noticed that the extended warranty was not noted on there, we just saw the price matched to what we were told it would be with the extended warrantyI was sent three different documents from my extended warranty on 10/12/one where it shows my comfort plan and the other two that are claims that were submitted by J&S and on one of those claims is the exact same service date that I'm being billed and threated for and if you notice on the invoice that was submitted to me had less repairs than the one that they submitted to my extended warranty that I had been denied the whole timeThe second repair never even happened because after they sent us that bill and denied us our warranty we never called them back again so I don't know why they even submitted a second claimWe did go out to their office to see if they would resolve the issue we wanted them to replace the whole unit due to the fact that we were never going to recover the 1/2+ years of our extended warranty and for pain and suffering, because we have four kids and my elderly in-laws that live with us that several times our unit would brake down in the summer when it was 100+ degrees out that we would go days without an A/C and due to lack of money sometimes we would even buy the parts and do the repairs our selves when we shouldn't of had to go through any of this big mess we just want justice they new what they were doing and just didn't care who knows how many others they have done this to, that's probably why they've changed names of company's and locationsThey also submitted a terms and conditions form if we did any repairs wrong they are the ones to blame for that, were not specialists and they denied us out warrants knowing we had one they just wanted to be double dipping Regards, [redacted] ***

ACCORDING TO THE COMPLAINT RECEIVED, I AM SENDING YOU COPIES OF THE SERVICES PERFORMED WITH NO CHARGES, THE INVOICE OF THE UNIT WHICH WAS BOUGHT ON APRIL 30, 2008 AND NOT APRIL 30, 2013 AS MRS. [redacted] STATED.
WE HAVE NEVER DENIED OUR SERVICES TO MRS. [redacted].
ON JUNE 20-2008 WE RECEIVED A CALL AND WE WENT TO FIX THE AIR CONDITIONING, AT NO CHARGE WHICH IM SUBMITTING A COPY.
WE ALSO RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL ON MARCH 4-2013 AND WE REPLACED THE WHOLE EVAPORATOR, AND BY OFFICE ERROR A BILL WAS SENT, WHICH SHE NEVER PAID, SUCH ERROR WAS CORRECTED.
ALSO IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT WE GIVE MAINTENANACE ON THE AIR CONDITIONING EVERY YEAR LIKE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND SHE NEVER CALLED US.
UNTIL OCTOBER 13-2015 WHERE THEY BOTH APPEARED HERE IN THE OFFICE, STATING THAT THEY HAD CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY HAD PAID TWICE, WHICH WE REIMBURSED THAT AMOUNT WITH CHECK #1513 FOR THE AMOUNT OF $497.86 AND SIGNED BY [redacted].
AT THE SAME TIME, WE DID A WRITTEN PROPOSAL TO MR. [redacted] WHERE THEY WOULD ONLY PAY FOR MATERIAL COST FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW UNIT WHENEVER THEY DECIDED IT TO DO SO. THEY AGREED AND MR.
[redacted] SIGNED THE PROPOSAL. WHICH I’M ALSO SUBMITTING COPIES.
THAT SAME DAY WE WENT TO THEIR HOUSE AND A BLOWER MOTOR WITH CAPACITOR WAS REPLACED AT NO CHARGE AND WAS SIGNED BY MR. [redacted]. WORK ORDER 6104. THEREFORE AS YOU CAN SEE WE NEVER DENIED OUR SERVICES TO MR. AND MRS. [redacted]. IF OUR COMPANY DIDN’T GO IS BECAUSE WE NEVER RECEIVED A SERVICE CALL FROM THEM.

ON APRIL 30-2008 [redacted] BOUGHT AN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, YORK BRAND, 4 TONS, 14 SEERS WHICH I AM SUBMITTING AN INVOICE. WITH A STANDARD WARRANTY INCLUDING 10 YEARS COMPRESSOR, 05 YEARS PARTS, AND 01 YEAR LABOR.
BY ERROR, YORK PERSONAL REGISTERED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY TO MR. [redacted] (HE NEVER PAID THE COST FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY)
EVENTHOUGH OUR COMPANY WAS CHARGED FOR SUCH WARRANTY OUR COMPANY NEVER CANCELLED IT. WHEN MR. [redacted] REQUIRED CERTAIN SERVICES WE WERE THERE, AND MRS. [redacted] NEVER PAID FOR ANYTHING.
OUR WARRANTY SYSTEM IS TO SERVICE THE CLIENT WHENEVER HE OR SHE HAS A REQUEST REGARDING THE UNIT. HOWEVER, THEY CAN CALL ANY YORK APPROVED COMPANY FOR A REPAIR OF THEIR WARRANTY, BECAUSE THE WARRANTY IS GIVEN BY THE EXTERNAL COMPANY (JOHNSON CONTROLS INC JCI) AND NOT OUR COMPANY
