I am in receipt of the complaint from Mr*** ** *** to the Revdex.com that you have emailed to usI am confused by the complaint, in that the complainant who identifies himself as the consumer is not the person who we are doing business withWe do not have a business relationship with Mr***The
sole leasee is Ms*** ***, she executed the lease in only her name, she is the sole person who had paid all of the monthly lease rent payments, not Mr***Mr*** resided at the apartment as her guest, but NOT as our tenant.In my meeting with Mr*** and Ms***, Mr*** took the position that he has explained in his complaintI answered each objection raised by Mr***, to Ms***'s satisfactionAnd, as I explained to Ms***, a judge in a previous circumstance where a tenant had damaged a similar size of carpet had ruled in favor of our positionMs*** made several statements in the meeting stating that she understood and accepted our position (the meeting was also attended by our maintenance supervisor).While Mr*** did not accept our position, he is not our customer, he did not lease the apartment, and we do not have a business relationship with him.Should Ms*** submit a complaint, we will certainly provide an answer to her complaintI will try to discuss this matter with you by phone tomorrow or Friday.Rick H***Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***1, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am not interested in a further resolution with the apartment complex considering the dismissive nature of my complaint. While the paperwork indicates Ms*** as the lease holder, that is only because the apartment complex stated it would not be necessary for me to apply as well other than being documented on the lease documents as a tenant.We have paid the agreed upon amount, and complied with what was asked of us. I stand by my complaint considering the previously stated claims. Ms*** could also file a complaint; however, the details of the matter have not changed.My plan moving forward is as follows: We have no interest in speaking with the Kings Gate West apartment complex representatives, they received their money, and we stand by the complaint filed through this platform. The unfair nature of their interpretation of the lease is unfortunate and sullied the nature of the relationship through the rental process. As long as it has been documented through this platform, then the matter is resolved

We have resolved the issue to the customers satisfaction, *** actually told my service manger he would withdraw the complaint

Mr. [redacted] has put me in contact with his best employees and I'm very happy to say we're going to purchase a new AC unit from J & S. Grant was fair and listened to our complaints/ frustrations and addressed each and every one professionally and made us feel valued again.
