I took my car in for a really on a air bag it stayed for a month and a halfBut but a week after I got my car back I had a flat NO KEY to wheel locks it was there when I left it with them.I guess it just grew legs and walked offThey told me that I would have to but New lock s but still was not able to tell how to get the old ones off.the guy then told me to bring my car yo the dealership but how? Really feed up
Mr. [redacted] has put me in contact with his best employees and I'm very happy to say we're going to purchase a new AC unit from J & S. Grant was fair and listened to our complaints/ frustrations and addressed each and every one professionally and made us feel valued again.
To whom it may concern,When [redacted] brought this to my attention, I called Miss [redacted] right away and she was kind enough to explain everything that occuredThe service contract was cancelled but unfortantetly it was send back to the bank that processed the loan.We wanted the bank to refund the amount send but they would notAfter talking with Miss [redacted] and I apologized for this happeningMiss [redacted] called me back on May 7, to let me know she would accepted the amount discussed the prior day of $to be sent directly to her, Acura of Jackson then sent a check to Miss [redacted] for the $1,that day.Our number one goal is customer satisfaction and we have learned from thisWe hope that Miss [redacted] enjoys her vehicle and that she will call us is she should need any assistance.Sincerely, [redacted] President & General ManagerAcura of Jackson

Power washed my house and cleaned the windows a couple years ago and they are coming back this year Great job!
