The response the business sent didnt include any resolution. How ever I did talk to the owner and we came up with solution.

never charged the customer to adjust them because we would not make much of a difference. He even brought the truck back for us a week later to readjustment them because he was not happy and we still did not charge the customer at that time. The $350.00 charge is only to install the bumper that he purchased, and provided aftermarket, no collision damages. During our installation I wanted him to see photos of the bumper as we continued to install so I sent them privately through a text message. That led to the customer to making inappropriate comments for a business/customer relationship, regarding my appearance. The customer continued to communicate with me through text messages and even sent me an email with the aftermarket procedure to adjust his own headlamps, this was on 10/11/2017. I spoke to my supervisor and he recommended [redacted] make the adjustments since he had the instructions and our attempts were not successful. We believed the headlamps are warn out and vibration during driving was automatically adjusting 1 headlamp since he was only complaining about 1 headlamp, the other was adjusted fine he stated. I have all the communications recorded by text. I was considerate and cordial. The customer is still waiting for a complete refinish estimate for his truck.
