hello I been in a hospital bed for the last 2 weeks due to bad accident on my motorcycle and have not been able to respond . I did install a pool pump and after receiving a call from the customer  and I agreed to come fix it for free , he said come by and just let yourself into the back yard...

and fix it . when I got to the gate to the housing , the gate was closed and I called through the intercom to his residence and no one answered . I later that day called him and told him what happen , he said forget about it and said it was fixed already by someone else . I stand by work but he never gave me a chance to make it right , I dis agree with the "4 attempts to contact me as well . I will gladly pay the price of fair labor it cost him to have this fixed. also 30 day warranty was in affect and the chances of faulty workmanship are slim compared to a chance that pump got moved and caused a leak from the fitting since it did not leak for a month after it was installed  THANKS AND LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT

Review: In August 2013, J S Baker plumbing installed a new pool pump and the necessary plumbing at my residence. In December 2013, the plumbing that was installed started leaking.Despite saying on 4 different occasions that he would come out to make repairs, Mr. Baker has failed to show. Communication is spotty. The implication seems to be that this is not a result of his workmanship.Desired Settlement: I just want it fixed. Mr.[redacted] should stand by the work he performed.

The worst thing when you have a plumbing issue is that you don't have a choice.of fixing it. After calling and getting estimates to replace the main sewer line, I went with James. it wasn't the least expensive but I prefer dealing with the contractor that is actually doing the work, not a big company where different workers show up every day. After I gave him the job, he and his crew started the next day with demolition and had most of the new sewer line in by that night. the job was finished the next day and our family was very happy to be able to use the water again. I paid exactly what the estimate was and have given a family member and a few friends recommendations to use him and they were just as satisfied as I was.
