This customer came in for repair work on his truck I spoke to him and he was suing someone else for the repairsA red flag came to mindHowever, we took the vehicle This vehicle has a salvage title which has been previously repaired and paintedUpon working on this vehicle it had at least inch bondo which took extra time to redo and repair He wanted chrome handles which after they were installed he decided he could not afford them so we just left them onI asked him to bring back the truck so we can inspect it after he text us several weeks later that he was not happy with the vehicle He has not brought vehicle inCustomer never came back in to talk or show me the vehicle We received extensive texts with dates and time and I knew that he didn't want to work it out he wanted to take me to courtHe is taking us to small claims courtHowever we will continue to try to make all our customers happy and satisfied with the work we perform on their vehicles
