The dispute in question has since been resolved with the consumer directlyThe guest acknowledged his mistake that was made during the booking process, while under stress from the recent passing of his fatherGiven the circumstances, this was the result of a simple miscommunication and he has since been appropriately refunded the $(plus tax) back to his credit card

The rate in September is $299 midweek and $399-$450 on weekends.  However, the inn ran a special Sunday Night rate reduction to $175 in 2016.  The guest was not overcharged but, in fact, benefitted from a deep discount that was available to our returning guests--and certainly wonderful to...

provide to Mr Lessing also.  We do apologize for not responding timely to complaints and thank you for sending this to us.  I will speak with the Operations Manager to follow up with a note explaining to the guest that he benefitted from a special--was not price gouged for extending his stay. thank you so much for letting us know.
