Review: My husband and I hired [redacted], owner of JS Concrete, to install a new concrete patio for our back yard. Once we contracted with JS Concrete, we waited months before our patio was finally installed. [redacted] initially told us that the job would take 5 days. However, the job took several weeks from start to finish, which was a major inconvenience. After the job was finally finished, we mistakenly paid in full as promised. We were told that if we found any issues with the patio, then the issues would be fixed. [redacted] ensured us that he guaranteed his work. We discovered several problems with our new patio. The biggest problems were boot prints found in the cement patio, and we found that a gutter downspout was not dug into the ground before the concrete was poured. We contacted [redacted] to meet with us at our home to review our issues. [redacted] agreed that we had valid issues that should be resolved. [redacted] promised that he would come back out to fix the issues for us. Now it has been months since [redacted] made his promise and he has not responded to numerous voicemails left at his business and on his personal cell phone.Desired Settlement: We expect [redacted] to honor his word and complete the needed repairs to our concrete patio. We expect [redacted] to contact us to schedule a time for the repairs to be made as soon as possible. If we do not hear from [redacted]/JS Concrete in the very near future, then we will have to take legal action to remedy this issue.
