JandS Development will not complete the repairs identified in the home inspection in accordance with the home warranty. We purchased a new home in [redacted] for $293,000.00 April 2014. The builder was JandS Development (Mr [redacted]), the seller Agent was [redacted] and the buyer agent was [redacted] A one year warranty was included in the purchased of the home by JandS Development ([redacted]). In February 2015 we had a professional home inspection done which identified some minor repairs that were needed at the advice of our buyer agent. These repairs included buckled vinyl siding, doors that won't shut, separating and missing crown molding, hardwood floor buckling, loose plumbing fictures, and tile that are cracking. We have made numerous attempts to contact Mr[redacted] via telephone, e-mail, tecting, etc and he will not answer or return or calls or e-mails. We have tried to contact him thru the seller agent and they have been unable to contact him.
