This can is totally sales oriented and not customer satisfaction drivenI bought our tub direct from the factory as I live in that areaWhat I was told during the sales I did not get after sales The tub structure seems to be good and the plumbing and pumps seem to be googHowever, the misc parts such as the ozoneator, audio system and control panels are very much low bid itemsI have had to replace the audio and ozone systems and the tub is only months oldThier customer support is less than helpful and thier only answer is they will sell me a replacement part at a discountMy previous tub was a Hotsprings and it lasted years I would not recommend this manufacture to my worst enomy
