I've ordered 2x from this company and I am very satisfied! Their products, floating lockets and floating charms, are of great quality and great prices! I received my items within a few days of placing my online orderI would definitely recommend this company
We currently had a very negative experience with J&S Granite & marble company. First of all it took a person 3 days to come and take the measurements of the counter top. She was telling me to wait for her at 2 pm. I was waiting till 5 pm and she never showed up. When I stopped at their place she tolled me that she just was on a way to my house (3 hours later scheduled time). Then she tolled me she would come next day at 4:30 pm, and again never showed up (I was not surprised any more). On a third day she finally came to my house and took measurements after my husband went there and complained. So she was so busy to come to my house on Monday but she cashed my check right away before even measurements were taken. She promised that on Friday somebody will come and install the counter top at 8 am. I took a day off and made my husband to stay home to make sure they do everything correct. I didn't trust them any more. Nobody showed up at 8 am and even at 9 am. My husband drove to there place and they tolled him that faucet doesn't fit the sink. They tolled him how stupid he was and how experienced company they are. But then even didn't see that the sink what we had had to sit a half way down inside of the counter top, but not completely on a top. When the owner of this company realized his mistake he never apologist to my husband but just left. I like the counter top what they finally installed, and I am happy that it is over. My next project was to replace counter top at the kitchen but I think it will wait now, thinking about the experience I just had.

When I first read the Revdex.com rating of J and S marble, I shied away from getting a bid from them for our Quartz countertop. The lowest bid we received from any company in the Wisconsin was still over budget, so I stopped at J and S. their price was considerable lower than the previous lowest bid. After having an open discussion with Shane about her rating, I felt I could trust the company. We ended up with an installation with fewer seams and $1,000 in our pocket.
Because it is a family owned business, you may have to be a little flexible in scheduling, but the professionals working for J and S are first class. They are very accommodating, pleasant to work with, and go out of their way to give the customer exactly what we want.
Out home is 125 years old and has walls that don't have 90* corners, aren't level, and have undulations. When we put the stove in, we couldn't push it completely in. J and S sent an installer to sove the problem without complaint. We live 50 miles from the store, but they didn't hesitate come back and fix the problem.
In summary, I am very glad we used J and S. Our countertop is outstanding and we saved considerably. Don't hesitate to use Jand S Granite for your next project.

Do not do buisness with this company! I just build a new house and I got a quote for my granite to be $2550 with a $1600 security deposit. Well, they collected $1600 form my contractor and at the same time told me to pay $1600 (so I did). My builder nor I had any idea that we both payed. We eventually found out and try to collect the extra $650 that the owe me. Its been 4 months and I still got nothing. They told me several times that its in the mail, I called them many time and with no response. They have lied to me for 4 month.
