J S Graphics

In November 2019 a *** from JS Graphics called and offered me a space advertising on some memo boards that were to be distributed at the *** grocery store on princess st in Kingston. It was a good deal so I had him email me the information and after discussing it with the manager of our second location we decided to go ahead and do it. The price we were quoted in the email and on the contract I signed and sent back was $300.00 plus gst for a total of $339.00. We were never sent a proof which was strange but it is a busy time of year and I didn't think anything of it. I received my corporate credit card bill last week and we were charged $890.00 by JS Graphics, I have emailed and left messages and no one has responded to me. Then out of curiosity I called the *** location that was supposed to be distributing the these boards and spoke to the manager about whether these boards had actually been handed out. The manager was expecting the boards to hand out to customers but they never arrived. The other thing that upset me was that Mr. gained our trust by saying that he had been referred to us by another company that we had done some advertising through, I have spoken to the owner of that company and they have never heard of *** or JS Graphics. So my not for profit thrift store has been overcharged $551.00 for an advertising spot on a product that was never produced. I have a copy of the contract from Mr *** as well as the emails we exchanged. I can get and provide the names of the people at the *** that I spoke too and I am sure they will confirm that they never received the product.
