Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted] North Shore Paving did come and try and repair the defaultWas told by a competitor that they did not think it was going to be sufficient enough.The landscaper told me that it was not his fault that it was North Shore Pavings problemI do appreciate that North Shore Paving came back to try and repair the defectsI guess that between the of them they will have to figure it out

We have spoken to the customer on multiple occasions and understand his concerns, both with the driveway issues and our communications back to him. When replacing a driveway, there are multiple steps, including an RCA base, a fine grading and applying the top layer of asphalt. The RCA base in this... case was handled by a landscaper, not North Shore Paving. We believe the customer’s issues with the driveway were caused by a failure with the RCA base, not the asphalt. However, we will try to repair the issues to the best of our ability, and are scheduled to do so on 52017.

North Shore Paving has not done any work for this customer, [redacted] [redacted], owner of North Shore Paving, went to the customer’s home on 8/**/2016 after receiving a copy of the complaint. The customer stated that he never filled out a complaint.

The Forman of the repair crew recommended they do a seal coat that would lock down the tendency of the asphalt on my driveway job to wear away. North Shore Paving did come and try and repair the default.
