I completed this job to the Connecticut's Code Requirements and passed all town inspections Customer did not think the job was completed in a timely fashion, so he chose not to pay me and now I still await the balance of the job that is owed to me In years in business, this is the first complaint from a customer I always do my best to complete the job that is asked of the customer My customers are very happy with their home renovations when it is completed and are very willing to call me again if the need arises for another renovation in the future

I am rejecting this response because:
Obviously Mr G*** is confused with the issue or is pretending to be confusedWe gave him plenty of timeThe job is not complete as we speakThe contract says to put the generator plug outsideThat was not doneThe bathroom is cracking and rusting and the pipes are hanging through the ceilingThis was pointed ot to him on his last visit and he said he would take care of itHe has still to this day not done thatOur bathroom looks terribleWe have pictures of all his workYes maybe his work is by code but we are paying for this and the work is in terrible and incomplete conditionMr G*** says he has worked years with no complaints then who puts a gas operated generator plug in the basement? Or who leaves pipes hanging outside of the rafters? And who's answer to having cracks and chips all over a brand new finished bathroom (the settling of my house, thats years old or my yr old or month old did it)? By rights at this point we should have hired another contractor to complete his work yet we were still willing to work with himAt this point he is now avoiding our calls and refuses to complete the job!!!

To respond to [redacted] comments, the generator  panel was installed so he could put an extension cord out the back door and not have a generator in the front of his house and then have it stolen.  The bathroom was not totally redone. The only thing that was done was the re-glazing of the tile and tub.   You have to be careful because it is like putting a new paint job on your car.  Regarding the pipes that are under the rafter; they are hanging the exact way they were originally  installed back in 1950  per Connecticut codes.  As of March 18, 2016, [redacted] has paid me in full due to legal issues.
