March 15,2020 placed order for a total of $13.45 USD to Simplyfitketo.org. On April 4, 2020 I received another charge of $84 USD from SuperMuscles1000
On March 15, 2020 I saw an advirtsement on Facebook with Gospel singer Tamela Mann who had lost weight with Simply Fit Keto. It looked suspicious but after reading the reviews I ordered the product with shipping included for $13.45. Within 4-5 days the product arrived to my home in a small white box. The address listed was Fulfillment Center PO Box 152601 Tampa Bay FL 33684. I started the pills unsure if there would be any success. On April 5, 2020 I was alerted that SuperMuscles1000 charged my bank account $84. I called Simply Fit Keto and spoke to Nick who stated that what I originally paid for was for the 17 day trial only and that the $84 was the actual monthly price for subscription. I immediately demanded my refund of $84. Nick then stated that he could reduce my payment to $19.99. I disagreed and demanded my full refund of $84. Nick started yelling at me and stated that what I paid for was the trial only. I informed that I would report this to the Revdex.com immediately for false advertisement and charging my bank account without written/verbal consent. Nick then stated that the $84 should not be charged on the account. I then informed him that if the charges were not removed then I would also notify my banking institute to have the charges investigated.

The company advertised a "free" sample of a Keto weigh loss product just pay for the shipping which I did. Today I was charged $84.
When I complained about the charge, I was told I was applying for a limited test and then I would be charged. I stated I read the ad carefully and there was nothing about a limited time test. The rep said it was in the service agreement. I said there was no service agreement and the rep said you had to ask for the agreement. The rep said she would refund $50 and that was the best she could do.

Scam. Unclear as to the charges and then won't refund the full amount.
I am not sure why I actually ordered this product as it seemed a bit fishy. But I did. They advertised the product as $4.50. Then you get to the shipping cost and it ends up $7.50. That would be fine but it is unclear that is was a trial. I noticed an $84 charge on my credit card and when I called they said it was past the 17 day trial period and I could not get a refund. I said I would return the product that was still unopened as I was afraid to try it. They said there would be a restocking fee of $20.00 and shipping to return. They then said they could refund $60 of the $84 but no more. DO NOT PURCHASE this product. It is a scam.

I purchased 'trial' and paid shipping only. NO where did it say I needed to Cancel within certain number of days. They have charge my credit card.
I purchased 'trial' Simply Fit products and paid shipping only via Facebook advertising. I read as much as I could find to ensure I did not 'buy in' to something that would continue to ship. No where did it say anything about ongoing shipments and charges. No receipt, no email confirmation. Product arrived, no instructions, no receipt. My card was charged yesterday for $84 + $80 from FANMARK -- who is that? What a scam. I want my money back.

False Advertising; "Sample" situation that obligates unknowing customer into non-fully refundable monthly commitment to their product in 14-days
I ordered a "sample" of 2 of the company's weightloss products (Simply Fit Keto and Simply Fit Detox), both misadvertised as a Shark Tank backed products. I made the purchase online on 3/23/19 using my debit card (order #XXXXXXX; $4.95 + $7.50 for a total of $12.45), only to be billed $160 14-days later. Inside the box was only the 2 products and a small packing slip sticker. When I called to cancel and have my money refunded (they said I had unknowingly signed up for their monthly subscription), I was given the run-around about re-stocking fees and partial refunds. I let them know I'd be contacting the Revdex.com and wanted the account closed immediately. I have also contacted my bank to make a dispute the charges in full.
