This event planner enters into her "contract" which is more of an application with stated terms including date, address and location of venue accepts the fee and then will cancel show stating weather, location, poor turnout at prior show, etc then stating to reschedule to be announcedWe as vendors already have the inventory at hand for stated even in which she has already endorsed my check, or taken thru *** with little to no conscious thought of us the vendorswe are then at the mercy of her reschedule locate and date and then proceeds to tell us she does not refund....I happen to know has refunded some and not othersOnce you refund one, you need to across the boardJ Starlin Events is not registered with the Sec of State but is however under Enchanted KettleAlso, she created Homespun Entertainment and posted several events when my unsatisfactory rating came out....also she and her husband rated their own page at stars to bring back upOnce she learned of my bringing this to light, she threatened police which I am not at all intimidated by this and have also asked her to meet me at the police and county court house as I am there daily for workThe Spring bazaar application is for April 2, 9, 16, and I paid and sent in for 2, and I have a new catalog and new merchandise and this was to be my launchI messaged her stating I may need to change a date due to my daughters soccer and she was kind and offered a refund via messenger...I then said I will keep those datesMove along to March show where she put me next to another jewelerI approached her and her husband rocking their baby and said hey, heads up in April DO NOT PUT ME NEXT TO ANOTHER JEWELER....I was polite and kind and we made small talk Jessy Starlin then tells me there is an auction the last weekends if I want to change my dates to those as she looked for my application to write on it not to put me next to jeweler I agreed and she wrote this info downNOW, per *** and her own posting on FB she was never paid and booked for the 23rd and the in which SHE suggested I change my dates to I give up, I have been messaged and emailed by countless others she has done this to and I am not allowing her to continue on this path of hurt and money loss to crafters vendors and artisansThey need to be stopped
