Delivered product to wrong home and never issued refund after filing a claim.
I bought and paid for an autograph. They mailed it to the wrong house. I called and spoke to the owner and he said he would open a claim with the post office, but never got back to me. I have called twice since to no avail. I have spent thousands and have received horrible service. It was a signed willy mayes "the catch " plaque.I then won a bid and refused to pay until they issued a refund. No call back again. Not sure where to go from here.
I just want my money back.
