J & T Appraisals

Review: Today we had an appraisal done on our home by this company, J & T Appraisers. When the gentleman first arrived he specified what he was going to do. Before leaving he went down to the basement and within 10 minutes he left the house. As soon as he left we went down to the basement and found our basement window on the floor shattered into pieces. We immediately called the company with our calls unanswered for several hours. After our last attempt we had a woman call who was very rude and said it was impossible that they broke it. He was the only one who was in the basement at the time of this happening. She then went on saying how it was our fault. I am extremely tired of going back and forth with these people and if they are a supposed professional company they surely don't show it.Desired Settlement: They should fix the window.
