Hired mr tim f [redacted] of riteway plumbing on June 23rd.for getting us water to our home for promised water in daysMr f [redacted] came to us different times wanting moneyWe gave him a total of to get water to the house.we have a contract for it's been days no water still no water.hes wanting more money not doing nothing he has left a big hole in our bedroom where he was going to run the water lineAlso a huge hole in our yard from the water meter all along the length of our yard

Tim F [redacted] of Riteway Plumbing or Ryteway Plumbing installed a top of the line Rinnai water heater on 8/31/ He claimed he was licensed, although in retrospect searching for his license, I cannot find it He claimed he would have the unit inspected by the city but has yet to follow through It has been two months, and the water heater has been in and out of service It has now had intermittent or no service in and out with error codes for almost a week which is a health issue Rinnai customer service initially discovered a huge installation error the first time it went out We got a second opinion which also discovered another installation error There might be more installation errors Rinnai has been trying to work with us with warranty service, but now Tim has our part (as they only send to the plumber), and is refusing to install or continue to work with Rinnai's customer service to get us working hot water Rinnai offered to pay him for his time with warranty work, but

On 12/7/2017, I entered into a written contract with Tim F* d.b.aRiteway Plumbing to perform plumbing work at my son's house in MtSterling, OhioI gave MrF* a $1,cash deposit on the $1,contract price MrF* stated that they would begin work the next day There were daily excluses give that delayed the start until the next day MrF* and a helper finally arrived on at the house on 12/13/at 3:PM and spent less than hours partially dismantling the cast iron sewer lines rendering the house unlivable MrF* was poorly equipped and had to borrow a ladder, work light, and sawzaw MrF* stated they would return the next day and would be working on the weekend Despite leaving the house in an unsafe and unlivable condition, MrF* never returned to complete the contracted work He provided numerous excuses why he kept delaying the work On 12/20/2017, MrF* stated that he was going to wait until after the holidays to work on

I hired MrF* to do plumbing work Tim F* was paid $up front and never showed to do any workMultiple calls and text were exchange between Tim and I with only excuses given for not showing upWhen asked to refund the down payment, Tim F* would not
Also, When I looked online, MrF* has had other complaints for doing thisHe has Revdex.com complaints and attorney general complaints which I will do nextPlease help me stop this man from ripping off other good people
