All though we did the work as I was personally at his house and provided services to [redacted] a check was sent certified mail for $ today to refund [redacted] in full as good faith

We called several times from mid April to May * asking for a telephone call back to see when work was starting, after several calls with no asnswer I left a message on phone # on contract that if I did not hear from them I was going to hire some one else -- STILL NO RETURN CALL .Then I went on Facebook to JT Masonry & landscaping and left a message that we were cancelling service since NO ONE can call to address issue -- "***" called and told my wife - he had nothing to do with landscaping- yet his name is on the corporate nameHe agreed to refund since he did not want to answerI sent a certified letter on MAY * -- to which still no one contacted me- I then left another message cancelling service- to which the SPANISH ONLY speaking guys continued to cut my lawn for weeksFinally, ** texted me saying he would give a refund I have messages that went back and forth I could send copies if neededNO ONE has picked up a telephone and spoke to me to resolve this issue. I gave them $to date It does not cost this for work them claim to have doneI hired some one else because by April ** when I went into hospital- theawn was NOT cut or cleaned and looked a messThis could have been resolved had SOME ONE PICKED UP A PHONE AND SPOKE TO ME INSTEAD OF ACTING LIKE A CHILD AND TEXTING MEMy complaint stands I have also sent a copy of this to NASSAU COUNTY CONSUMER AFFAIRSThank you *** ***

[redacted] has been a client for the past 5 plus years and we have never had any issues. During that time frame [redacted] alleged we broke a window and we paid for that immediately to have it repaired with no questions asked. Now [redacted] is claiming no one had been to his house to do a...

spring cleanup after he made initial payments on contract when in fact that isn't the case. He was one of the first customers cleaned up due to the unusual cold spring we had. We were at his house on Thursday April *,2015 for spring cleanup as well as powerrake lime, fertilizer, and crabgrass control was applied. We then started weekly lawn service on Wednesday May *, 2015 which we tend to start last week in April or first week in May depending on the weather. I never agreed to a refund as service had already been provided, I did offer a free month of future service for there inconvenience. [redacted] never should've hired another la ndscaper on May * when in fact he was under contract with us as he gave us no prior notice.

Review: [redacted] Cell ###-###-#### Home June * 2015To Whom it Concerns: We contracted J T Masonry & Landscaping on 2-**-15 for lawn services according to attached contract total was to be $1222.03 I gave a deposit of $222.03 check # [redacted] on 2-**-15 that was received and cashed by J T Masonry & Landscaping I asked for them to notify me when they were going to be starting services. I called several times in March and early April- and left messages at ###-###-#### as on contract. In April we received an invoice that was for $135.78 which we paid by check # [redacted] on 4-**-15 again I sent a note asking for a date when they would be starting clean up and cutting lawn. Again, no response from company since I work during the day I can not be home when they come. On April [redacted] 2015 I was hospitalized and when I came home on April ** the lawn was not cut leaves were not cleaned. I called again very upset and stated that if I did not hear from anyone I wanted to cancel the contract and would hire some one else. On May * ,2015 I sent a certified letter informing them in writing that I was canceling contract since they have not contacted me and this is very frustrating. I requested a full refund of $357.08 again no response. On May [redacted] my wife went on Facebook to the J T Masonry page and left a message about this matter, [redacted] called immediately stating he does not do landscaping even though his name is on contract. He agreed to a refund. Suddenly the guys showed up to cut lawn on May *, again on May ** even though we told them not to. On May [redacted] texted me from the same phone number # ###-###-#### that he did not get messages and that work was done promptly. I told him it was too late since I hired some one else on May * 2015 when I canceled this service. He would not call me only texted response which I have on my phone. Finally he agDesired Settlement: full refund for services not completed on time.

I hired some one else because by April ** when I went into hospital- theawn was NOT cut or cleaned and looked a mess. This could have been resolved had SOME ONE PICKED UP A PHONE AND SPOKE TO ME INSTEAD OF ACTING LIKE A CHILD AND TEXTING ME. My complaint stands I have also sent a copy of this to NASSAU COUNTY CONSUMER AFFAIRS. Thank you [redacted]
