[redacted] entered into contract on 2/27/2014. Our contracts are in effect for a total of 6 months. Her contract ended on 8/27/2014 (two years ago). During the time [redacted] was in the program we had 14 erroneous negative items removed. Her scores increased as follows: TransUnion went up 120pts, Equifax...

went up 50 pts. and Experian went up 66 pts. Client was also in breach of contract after obtaining 7 new collections during the process. We offered [redacted] a discount to re-work her file and help remove the 7 NEW collection items she obtained, she did not want to pay for those at this time so we resent her final update. She does not qualify for any refund since she had great results and the negative impact she is now seeing is due to her recent collections. It states clearly in our contracts that you cannot obtain new collections during credit repair, obviously this defeats the purpose if she is obtaining new negative items while we are working on  trying improve credit.
