Review: Mr. James T[redacted] installed a new heat pump in house and did all duck work, after he finished, I realize a lot of problems: -Some pipes have no/poor insulation leaking water in the attic, Wall cut improperly(big cuts for a small line), Wall hammered instead of cut with proper tool,-Outside drain line uncovered.- 1 unnecessary hole cut.- Big mess in my house not cleaned, dust everywhere on top of furniture.-1 line next to the inside unit makes a squealing sound, my concern about leak.- The return vent is not properly installed and sealed. When I showed him all prob above, he started screaming and yelling and rising his arms, I had to call police officer who refer me the B.B.B.After he calmed down he started showing me how to fix his mess with insulation and caulking.Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Note: I did not find his business address, You can see his post on yellow page: http://www.yellowpages.com/nationwide/mip/j-t[redacted]-heating-airDesired Settlement: I would like to have someone else finish the job on his charge
