The customer's return was indeed due to an error in the product description on our website.We apologized for the error and sent the customer a pre-paid electronic *** label by email.Instead of using the pre-paid label, the customer instead paid for postage himself, and then wrote a Revdex.com complaint
demanding repayment for postage (before we had even received back his return or had a chance to refund him).The customer's return was received by us on 6/11/2015, and he was issued a full refund plus the $return shipping cost that he incurred by not using the return label that was sent to him.The customer has been refunded in full, and the complaint should be considered resolved
