I ordered new jets for on December 12th and new spa pillows totalling almost $200. On December 24th my order status still says "awaiting fulfillment". After 6 calls with no answer and 3 voicemails left I still have not heard anything. I contacted my bank to file a dispute for the charges. I wish I would have read all the complaints first :-(
