*** ordered my pool liner Tuesday April 19thLast Monday April 25th I called to check on the status of my order, wondering if I could track shippingThe guy that I spoke to said he would call hydra pools and call me backI didn't hear back from him so I called back Wednesday April the 27th and I learned that hydra pools didn't have my orderI was told that the order was being sent over and that it would be expeditedAlso that I would get a call to let me know when it will be shippedAgain I didn't hear back from anyone so yesterday, Monday April I called and spoke to the customer service manager who told me that hydra pools still didn't have my order but that he would send it over and expedite itThe exact same thing I was told last weekHe offered me nothing else for all the problems this has caused for meNo real assurance that it would be done right this timeAll he could say is that I can call back and check on it everydayIn addition to that I was very concerned about the structural integrity of my having been empty for weeks nowIt has started bowing on one slope and ground water has begun to leak inI had to drain the pool and remove the liner because it had stretch and popped out in a way that made it impossible for me to measureI was told that my liner would arrive in 7-business days and my local pool store told me the pool would be fine in that amount of timeIt wasWhen I expressed these concerns with the manager I spoke to he kept saying it's not his fault I took my liner out before having the replacement readyHe also repeated numerous times that it is pool warehouse's job to provide a product not help with installationWhat?! I never asked for help with installation!!! I simply asked for him to figure out some way to make up for all of the issues this has causedHe reminded me that the company was paying $to have it expeditedWhat?! How does that make up for me still not having my near $product that I should have received weeks ago?! I was furious after this pointless cyclical conversationLuckily I was able to get in touch with *** who has agreed to continue to check on the progress of my liner redeeming the situation only slightly
I would love to say I'm not looking for anything that I just wanted you to be aware how poorly pool warehouse is being represented but the former is just not trueI hope that someone can figure out some way to make this up to me and turn this situation aroundI would love to not be left with such a terrible impression of this companyI would love to be able to recommend Pool warehouse to my friends and on various social media platforms

In particular an employee from Pool Warehouse, Sarah Nshe took care of a couple of problems we had quickly and completely She made us feel like we made the right decision to buy from this company We are happy with our purchase and SO happy with the wonderful customer service we received from Sarah Such a good company to do business with

Pool was delivered and went in just as described; this was my first pool kit with Pool WarehouseI'll buy more from them if they keep beating my local suppliers price

The Pool Warehouse was great when selling me a diy pool kit After the sale, my experience has been dreadful at best
There were damaged parts in my kit, the stairs and swimout both had scratches on them The damage was not apparent until after they were unwrapped and ready to be installed That was well after I signed the bill of lading I was informed that since I signed the bill of lading, there was nothing that could be done for me A $12,pool kit and damaged partsgreat
The kit was also missing nuts and bolts In order to keep the project moving along, I had a bunch of help on a weekend, I bought about $worth of nuts and bolts at a local vendor The pool warehouse so far, has been unwilling to refund me the cost of them I was told that since I signed the bill of lading there was nothing that could be done
The pool warehouse will not return repeated calls or emails at this time

Just got my pool kit installed and love it! I bought the Mt. Loch style pool with poly walls and am super pleased with the outcome. I'm ready for the 4th of July and that's what I wanted! I would highly recommend these guys.

We bought a complete 7500gal above ground pool with all the accessories and it came to us in perfect condition within a week and we couldn't be happier. We had some questions regarding the pool itself and the folks at pool warehouse were EXTREMELY helpful. It was a easy assembly and the products we bought from them were top notch. If your interested in buying a pool go with Pool Warehouse. You won't be disappointed! -

wanted to share that we really had a great experience with this company. I was quoted $42,000 for a similar pool (24' x 44' Rectangle) from a local pool company and was about to not do this project. My wife stumbled across Pool Warehouse and got a quote for around $15,000 for the same pool with all the options we wanted. I ended up acting as the contractor and hired a local guy to dig the pool and then we did the rest of the work ourselves. What a great family project! I ended up hiring a guy to pour my decks (my wife got carried away, we probably could have saved money but we poured a huge deck area) anyway we ended up spending around $24,000 when it was all said and done. We saved allot of money and I got way more options and a bigger deck than going with my local pool builder guy. All in all I would recommend Pool Warehouse and my sales person was Luke J. he's great as well.

My wife has been wanting a pool for a number of years. After searching the internet I found one I wanted at pool warehouse. In the agreement I would be giving special shipping for my pool with a truck with a lift gate. Also since the name is pool warehouse I ASSUMED they would pool it off the shelf and ship it to me. I allowed a couple of weeks for shipping and placed the order to be a Christmas gift for my family. I was very disappointed to find out that I had to unload every piece by hand because the 2 trucks didn't have a lift gate, which took some valuable time I had to take off work. Second dissappointment was that they had to order my pool because you guessed it they must be salesmen in a cubicle selling product over the phone. The pool came but was a few weeks after Christmas.

Excellent , they are on there game, purchasing, returns, service, returned phone calls. You name it they are great about it and follow up. They are super polite as well and vey fair, even when it's the customers or in many case, my fault.

Just finished the decks around our pool and we're pumped, it looks great and works great. Thanks to Luke for taking the time to explain the whole process...I had allot of questions about the installation part of the whole thing and for setting me up with all the right equipment. It was good experience and I would do it again.
