Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is not a personal matterI was told from Mr [redacted] he would come back to finish the work that is not completedThere is a matter where Mr [redacted] can not meet with me personallyThe staff he wanted to meet with was not there from the beginning of the projectShe came in right when it was finishing upMr [redacted] can have his foreman come in as one of the major complaints is the door which his foreman bungI'm sure once his foreman visits with me he will see the incomplete work Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:There was no final walk through, as *** *** & I were in a personal relationship and when I would ask him to go over the building with me his words were "Don't you trust me"? The completion of the building was not in December as the painting of the outside was not completed until I believe end of February or MarchRegarding the final payment, Mr*** came in my office daily for a week while work was still going on demanding the moneyWhich if needed I do have a witnessEach time of going over his billing I would discover mistakes saying *** owed moreWhen I would find these mistakes he would get angry and stomp outAll I'm asking is his foreman meet with me and he can see for himself that work is unfinished

[redacted] punch list addressed by [redacted]. Public Credit for a Job Well Done Ms. [redacted], As per our telephone conversation, I feel this issue has become a personal issue rather than a business issue. [redacted] worked with [redacted] throughout the duration of this project. By signing/accepting the Estimate/Contract [redacted] is hired to complete the work listed on the estimate. This estimate does not in any way warranty the work that is listed. At no time did [redacted] move out of their office, remodeling was conducted under the presence of office personnel at all times. Therefore, acceptance of the work accomplished was done as the work was completed. Numerous walk-throughs were conducted at which time specific concerns could have easily been addressed. Please note the General Contractors fee was not collected until the job was completed in its entirety. Please note the [redacted] Punch List. We received this punch list in August and addressed each entry in red, returning this punch list to [redacted] through [redacted]'s lawyer. Some of the entries need to be addressed by the sub-contractors hired to do that specific job item.  Due to legal ramifications [redacted] cannot meet personally with [redacted] to discuss entries on the punch list, however, [redacted] made the effort to schedule a [redacted] company representative to meet with a representative from [redacted] to discuss the entries that [redacted] will need to check out. There was no effort on the part of [redacted] to schedule a meeting. As noted in the last paragraph of the punch list these concerns on the punch list only came to our attention 8 months after the Final Bill/Final Payment was received. After the renovation of their downtown office, [redacted] publicly thanked [redacted] for a job well done. County Rd. 5, Ste. 100 Fort Collins, CO 80528 RE: Complaint ID [redacted] We will address this complaint with a face-to-face, scheduled meeting with our company representative and a representative from [redacted]. [redacted] will not be present. Our J. Vasquez Construction Representative will not meet with [redacted]. You can call to schedule an appointment on Tuesday or Thursday of the week, as these are the days we schedule to visit with our clients, both new and old. We will address the original [redacted] — [redacted] Punch List dated Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017. Any additional work will be considered new and invoiced as such. Any replacement on items that show obvious use due to wear and tear will be considered new and invoiced as such. Respectfully, [redacted] Owner [redacted]
