• Call received to JW Cleaning & Restoration (C&R)through a third party call center (per phone log 8/28/13 at 8:24pm)
• Representative of C&R arrived at customer’s property ...
(per GPS log for truck 8/28/13 at 9:43pm)
• Reviewed dry out procedures with Customer
• Estimate of $950.00 (after hour service charge minimum) explained to customer.
• Customer stated fine as this job was to billed against his insurance company
• Representative of C&R explained that the bid (for billing purposes) would be utilizing the Xactimate program ( a program recognized by the insurance industry for billing purposes)
• Customer signed the “Work Authorization” agreement, “Waiver of Right to Cancel” agreement and “Assignment of Payment” agreement (for his insurance company)
• Proceeded with mitigation process
• Next day told to stop all work (per customer). Representative of C&R found the mitigation equipment outside of the house
• Billed the $950.00 and later reduced to $750.00 as a good will gesture
• JW Cleaning & Restoration is entitled to the $750.00 reduced billing.
