Review: I brought an evening gown in to have it dry cleaned. and when I picked it up, the dress was in a plastic bag and was dragging the floor. When I asked why the dress had not been better protected, the young man working who was EXTREMELY Rude with a very non-caring attitude stated ten items were allowed to a bag. I indicated to him that was not my concern but was concerned as to why the dress was dragging the floor. In addition, the dress had been hung in the bag with another sweater (with decorations) that caused the dress to be snagged. The young man state he could have the dress re-cleaned. At this point, I asked to speak with the owner(s) who were not there so I ended up calling and spoke with [redacted]. She apologized for her son's rude behavior and stated she would have someone look at the dress to address the snagging. Needless to say, she did not resolve my issue and tried to convince me that it was due to wear. I had just purchased the gown and had only worn it once so I found it very hard to believe the damage was due to wear. I wont use this service again and the customer service is terrible.Desired Settlement: As I had just purchased the dress and had only worn it once, I feel the owner should have put forth more effort to ensure the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction. When I spoke to her on the phone she indicated, she would provide a $5 credit for the poor customer service and apologized for her son's rudeness, however, the matter of my dress not being returned to me in the same condition in which I dropped it off was not of a concern as she seemed to dismiss my concerns for this issue.
