Dear Revdex.com this is *** *** owner of Arring's A/C & Heating services, this is a response to *** *** complaint #*** *** *** made a claim through her home warranty company for a service repair the home warranty company assigned the claim to us my tech went out and diagnosed
the problem and had to order some partsSo we got approval through the home warranty company and ordered the partsthe home owner ordered her own parts because it was taking to long to be shipped to us, and got her own vendor to do the repair she contacted us, and we told her we still have not received the parts yet, and sense she got the unit repaired already she could call the warranty company and get a cash out for how much it would have cost for Arring's to do the repair.The home owner declined the cash out because it was not enough money so me and *** *** talked and she wanted to keep the parts that we ordered for herself so I sent my service tech over to her home to deliver her parts to her and she wanted her dollars back that she paid the tech to diagnose the job to begin with so I agreed and now the issue is resolvedThank You if any Questions or concerns call *** *** ***

since my last email of sending a technician to [redacted]'s home to provide her with the parts I have personally sent her a refund Check #[redacted] in the amount of $75.00 via the postal service. I did verify just now that the check has not cleared as of now. I presume she should receive the check anytime now, if not already.
