Hibiscus
I ordered coreopsis and starry night hibiscus . The coreopsis plants arrived healthy and much larger than I expected. 2 yrs later they are beautiful! The hibiscus looked like a dead stick, but eventually grew and first year blooms were plentiful. Second year this plant has exploded with blooms! People going by ask what it is all the time . It's the talk of the neighborhood. I'm very happy.

Garbage, RIP OFF and RUDE.
They USED to be a decent place to buy from. I pre-ordered SETS of trees. 3 Cherry and 2 Plum. Also 5 Florabundas. Planned my garden accordingly. I received 2 of the Cherry. Missing was the pollinator !
I received ONE plum ! also missing the pollinator !
Of the 5 roses one was missing and the rest pretty much dead. When I called the lady was VERY rude, didnt not want to listen to the issues. Down right snotty. When I asked why when I PRE ordered I didnt get my pollinators... FIRST she said it was due to Covid. Huh? THEN she said, no it was due to a computer glitch they must have had on of course the day I ordered. When I asked why my receipt said REFUNDED and yet I never got a refund she said... Oh, you have to call us and ASK for a refund. What? Yes, if you dont call and ask we dont refund. So WHY did my papers say refunded I ask? She told me if I continued to be such a pain she would put on hold and not `talk to me anymore. REALLY? So am I getting a refund I ask? Well, EVENTUALLY. She says. What? well maybe by fall she says. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Maybe? By fall? I never got that refund. DONT bother with this garbage company with garbage plants and even worse employees.

Dissatisfied
I am very dissatisfied and will not refer this company to anyone. I ordered 264$ worth of my seed a month ago and still yet to receive them but they had no problems taken there money the day I ordered. I had called several times to get a recording. I final got a hold of someone at one of the stores and she gave me a number to try, I finally got an answer with customer service. I was told that my items where getting ready to shop but some of the stuff was back ordered, I didn't understand that cause when I placed order everything was in stock, I still yet to receive order, so I called again and asked for a refund but was told that I couldn't get a refund with out sending seeds back! How can I do that when I DON'T HAVE THE SEEDS! I was also told that its not there problem I haven't got my seeds its on the shipping company. I probably will have to go buy plants now cause I am running out of time to plant. Also I am suppose to get a refund that I have yet to receive that I was told could take weeks. no problem taking money but they dont want to give money back.

Included in my order from Jung were 8 grafted tomato plants. When they arrived, one plant was not as robust as the others; it had only 3 leaves while the others had many. I figured Jung knew what it was doing so I planted all 8 thinking the frail plant would recover. The frail plant died. I contacted Jung while it was dying but got no response. I contacted them a day or so later to tell them it was dead. I asked for a replacement, which is their policy. After 4 days, Jung responded that they had no replacement plants but that I would receive a refund for the dead plant. I was disappointed I would have only 7 plants, but what could I do. A week and half later I contacted them asking where my refund was. They said they were busy. It has now been nearly a month since I first contacted them. I would like my money.

COMPLETELY BLEW ME OFFUNREPUTABLE BUSINESSALL I WANTED WAS A REFUND FOR BAD SEEDSHAVE PURCHASE FROM THEM FOR OVER YEARS ! same waythird party makes purchase and sends to me JUST WANT REFUNDHOW SAD THAT SOME BUSINESS STILL DO BUSINESS LIKE THIEVESTHANK YOU

I recently purchased plants (bushes) from Junq Seed I expected them to be small (4" pot or so) I received them and they were not only smaller (more like 1" baggies) than I expected but they were almost all dead I paid $for dead plants I have contacted the company several times with absolutely NO response from them This company is a complete fraud!!! Beware!!! I could have bought the same thing at Lowe's for less money and much larger plants that were actually alive I will never make this mistake again Expensive lesson!!

Last year I ordered a Marilyn Monroe Rose Bush from this company, but I received the wrong Rose Bush, I contacted them with photos as requested by customer service to prove I received the wrong oneThey promised me that this year I would receive a replacement of the Marilyn Monroe Rose BushI contacted them to remind them of it, and they emailed me back that I should receive the replacement towards the end Of April I never didI now contacted them regarding why I never received my replacement and have not heard back from them!

I made at least online purchases of nursery stock thorough this company in and one item (1) in one order was dead when it arrived--one small plant valued at $I immediately ( May 5,2017) wrote them PER THEIR STATED GUARANTEE, in which they state "any plant materials purchased in the spring which fail to grow will be replaced or credit voucher issued, one time, provided ...we are notified by October 1st of the year purchased"I have been waiting since then for either an email or mailed credit voucherI have now contacted them in the last several days at least timesI finally called them this morning and a woman employee gave me a code...which I repeated back to her several times to confirm--and the code fails to work on their website when I try to place an orderI cannot believe they would lose a customer before they would grant me $worth of creditPlease see if you can get them to understand that people are not is-- I get refunds and and credits all the time

I placed my trust in JWJung seed co to supply me with garden tomato plants
I ordered plants to be 4"to 6" tall hardened off ready to plantmy order arrived plants were about 1/2" to 1" tall dried out and dying .I ordered over one hundred tomato plantsnow I have to scramble to find me a grower that has the same tomato's most are all ready sold out of San Marzanothey did refund my money , but that is not why I ordered themI will never order any thing ever from Jung Seed coSo buyer beware

Review: An order was placed on March 9th which was immediately charged to my account. I received only a partial order on May 13th, (four weeks past their committed delivery date). They communicated they would refund the money for the items not shipped. They have not made any attempt to refund the money for the unshipped items and do not respond to repeated requests to correct this issue. Reference order#774164*2. Items for refund = Goumi Sweet Scarlet trees refund of $39.95.Note: The condition of the items received was not consistent with their advertising literature with respect to size or condition. A few of the items received were no more than dead twigs. Thank you for your time and assistance. Regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: A refund of $39.95 for the items not received. It would be great if they would also replace the dead items received: (1) Hops Mt. Hood,(1) Wolfberry (Sweet Lifeberry) and (2) Shagbark Hickory trees.

The refund for the Goji Berry plants that we cannot supply is processed and should be reaching Mr. [redacted]'s card in the next couple of days. We are also sending replacement plants for the 3 items mentioned in the complaint that failed to grow. We had not been previously notified of those failures.

Mr. [redacted] has also been emailed regarding the refund and replacements he will be receiving shortly.

I ordered several items including trees. FAST shipping and excellent products. I have ordered many times from Jung's with great success!

PLACED A ORDER IN EARLY SPRING. FOR SOME YUMMY PEPPERS SEEDS RECIEVED PLANTED SEEDS. 5-6 WEEKS LATER PLANTED OUT SIDE BABIED THEM ALL SUMMER LONG TO FIND OUT THEY MUST OF MISLABELDED THEM THEY WERE JALAPENO. THEY DONT HAVE NO EXPLANATION . MEAN WHILE I BOUGHT THESE FOR MY GRANDCHICLDREN TO ENJOY . AND TOO LATE TO RESTART. THANKS FOR RUINING OUR SUMMER. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN AND CREDIT WONT MAKE MY DAY. HAVE TO MUCH TIME INVESTED THEN ANOTHER PACK OF SEEDS
