I went to Pick 'N Pull at their Fresno location on Jensen last weekI was interested in purchasing a vehicle as they have cars for sale and was interested in a Ford Explorer they hadI waited in line so that I could speak to the cashier about the carShe was very rudeI asked her for more information on the FordShe told me that she didn't know anything about the car because she didn't work in that departmentI asked her if I could talk to someone that works in that department so that I could have more information on the car before I bought itShe said, "Are you freaking kidding me?" And turned around and called the next customer in line and assisted themI explained to her that all I wanted to know was more about the carShe continued to ignore me so I asked for a manager and she told me that a manager is going to tell me the same thingI asked her for her name and she wouldn't give me her name and did not allow me to speak to a managerSeveral employees were nearby and no one said anything so I guess it was custom for them to talk to customers in this mannerI walked to the entrance booth and explained what happened and the young lady told me that the agent that was being rude to me is LydiaLydia had a nasty attitude and shouldn't be in customer service if she doesn't want to service the customer
