I am rejecting this response because:
There are just too many issues with my truck, there are parts that are missing aside from the parts that were not replaced per the estimate, which I have a copy of and will submit to legal defense if that is my next step. Parts that's were replaced on the vehicle are of the lowest quality that could be purchased in the after market?What was to be a day job turned into a two an half month job and the results are horrendous .I cannot trust the integrity of this company,employees, or its owners, therefore I continue to reject the offer. I want the business to pay me back the full amount of the insurance check, plus rental, plus the cost of the harnesses, and responsible for any parts they forgot to put back on my truck I would like to resolve this matter so that I may take my vehicle else where and get it properly, safely and professionally repaired.Being that the damage was on the drivers side I'm not even sure that I am safe if I am involved in another accident. I am submitting just a few pictures so that you can get an idea of the awful work doneThese are just some of the pictures, I also have photos of the aftermarket lights that were previously put in with the harnesses in tactThese pictures were taken to show a friend the end result.

because: The check that was returned was a partial refund for the deposit for work that was projected to be completedNOT for my expenses! This dispute covers poor workmanship on the 25% of the work that was done I cant understand why it was a inconvenience for all when I paid for work that was not completed properly and in a timely fashion After numerous delays, and confrontations, I did not feel like we could continue doing business I requested my car be returned and I received a partial refund for the DEPOSITThe vendor delayed returning my partial refund until I consulted with an attorney and suggested that we go to go to small claims courtAs he stated in his last statement, he does not agree or disagree but he is not willing to fix all or some of the shabby work that he performed on my car This was a bad experience and I don't feel like I received quality work for my money Now I have to pay someone else to repair what he failed to do correctly the first time As a consumer, I am not asking for something that I did not pay for I do not wish to go back and forth with this, I only want what is fair If this is the way that they treat their customers then I want someone to adjudicate this complaint and I will prove the poor workmanship that was done on my car Lastly, the check that was returned was not for my expenses, it was for work he failed to perform that was paid for in the deposit

I am rejecting this response because:   The headlights that were in my truck prior to my truck being in the accident were identical and the harnesses were in intact, the ( drivers side) fender was in the claim and was replaced but had damage when truck was returned. Bumper  brackets for also not replaced other parts also missing I have pictures of parts missing I do not trust the workmanship  or integrity of the ownership of this company that is why I  refuse to take my truck back to this company .

customer a few times. As of our last meet with Customer we did advised that would take care of the problem. In the entire repair process JD'S Paint and Body provided a rental vehicle(TRUCK) for customer through a local rental company at no cost to customer. Reason for paint turning yellow is due to moisture trap in between coats. Humidity is sometimes a problem in the industry, But yes can be corrected, and customer was advised that JD'S Paint and Body would correct the problem. The bumper problem on customer vehicle is due to non-replacement, customer advised JD'S Paint and Body "not" to replace bumper and upper pad if it would help conserve cost. Front bumper paint is chipping off and customer was advised that we would correct the problem. Headlight system on customer vehicle are aftermarket lamps this is the type of headlamp that already was installed on customer vehicle prior to accident. In order to install this type of headlamp someone had to go in there and cut and do what was needed for lamp operation prior to accident. The headlamps where replaced by JD'S Paint and Body, Insurnace company allowed to replace left headlamp OEM "Original equipment Manufractured" not aftermarket, but JD'S Paint and Body had to replace the pair to match what customer had on vehicle. However customer was advised that JD'S Paint and Body would correct the problem. JD'S Paint and Body advised customer on the last meet with customer that JD'S Paint and Body had already purchased a new upper bumper pad, a new windshield washer tank. JD'S Paint and Body Purchased Parts to preform repairs to customer vehicle. Additional repairs to customer vehcile are listed below as NON-CLAIM RELATED: 1)Refinish of front bumper, not claim related. 2)Refinish of upper bumper pad, not claim related. 3)Refinish of grille, not related. 3)Repairs to Right side of vehicle, not claim related a)   RT Fender b)   RT Front Door c)   RT Rear Door d)   RT Cab Panel 4)Remove and Reinstall Rear Bumper Assembly, not claim related 5)Refinish Rear Bumper, not claim related. Customer agreed to have the non-claim related items preformed by JD'S Paint and Body for the sum of $600.00 additional dollars. This was given to customer at a discounted price. Customer's responsibility was the sum of $850.00 dollars, Only $500.00 dollars were paid. JD'S Paint and Body advised customer that all issues would be taken care of.

To whom it may concern:Our client received a refund in the amount of $1,036.00 on February 20th 2016 Check#[redacted].The refund was based on repairs preformed and the difference was taken in consideration of the original deposit of $5,000.00. However most of the repair that took place was a frame transfer that was not part of the original agreement. Some of the parts that were provided by our client were not the right parts for the year make and model of the client vehicle. The repairs that did take place are made with the parts that were provided to us.In addition client received a second refund in the amount of $875.00 on May 20th 2016 check#[redacted]. This refund is for replacement hardware for the frame and body of vehicle.these parts were not friendly, at time of removing them due to heavy Rust,Corrosion under body carriage. Client was called and ask to come to the repair shop so he can be informed about the hardware also wrong parts for the body as well as suspension parts that were provided by client. Attached is a copy of invoice that is singed by client and refund paid in full. The refund's were given consideration to client and for no other reason.   Thank You[redacted]
