I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I would be happy to arrange a time for Jerry to come over and look at the baseboards.I left numerous phone messages with Jeric, Jerry and the J-Zac office number numerous times after 1/7/18, and to tell the truth, the 1/19/18 text was just to let off steam, I didn't really expect anyone to reply by that point in time.

First, we would like for you to know that we just learned of this complaint with in the last hour.  Thanks to [redacted]'s help, we were able to log on and finally read this complaint.We received a text from the homeowner on 1-07-2018 sent to Jeric, stating she was not happy with the base,...

see attached text.Again, on 1-19-2018, Ms. [redacted] texted to Jerry, the she was not satisfied with the base, see attached text In response, Jerry sent Ms. [redacted] a text asking when he could stop by to repair and paint the base, see attached text.To date we have never heard back from either Mr. and/or Mrs. [redacted]'s to when would be an acceptable date and time to return to complete the repairs and repainting of the base in question.What ever we can do to resolve this amicability for the [redacted]'s, please advise.
