(*** ***, Nashville) I will never buy a home from these people again! The entire experience was horrible! It was supposed to be a brand new home and I was doing repairs left and rightI was still within my first year and everytime I called to try to get help as far as them fixing things (even things that should have been repaired when we went through my walk through before signing the paperswe're never fixed) they sent over their "repair" guy who is a really nice guy but does a horrible job at "fixing" thingsThings always seemed like a band-aid was placed over it and a week later you would have the same problemOne of my neighbors gave up even contacting them anymore because you would have to call or email them countless amounts of time and nothing would come of itIt took over a year to get a check for a very expensive race tire for my car, which was worth over $for one tireThe builders they use don't really know any EnglishThey throw their trash and all the nails and everything else in the road wayWhich is where I got the stupid roof nail from, that was pulled out of my tireThose specific tires can not just be plugged, so I missed out of two racesAnyways, not only did I have to pick up the workers trash because it would blow over into my yard on a daily basis, I would also pick up the nails and waste my breath yelling at the Hispanics because they can't understand youit was frustrating plus the house was falling apartThe paint was coming off on the outside of the home, vents were falling out of the roof, the doors were not sealed completely, one of the Windows had cracked and I was told it's because the framing was too tight, had water damage like both of my neighborsthe tub I never used had a big crack in itI could go on and onMy electricity bills were outrageous, the house downstairs does not hold your air or heatIt's like they used the cheapest materials and workers they could get their hands onYou also pay hoa fees which at the time we had no clue what we were paying for, the lights going into the place were never wired up completely so it was always darkWe assumed it was just for cutting the grass which was ridiculous because they charge $a month It's not a safe area by any meansWe had cops one night tell us to stay inside because the Kmart had just got robbedWe called the cops one night because we caught kids trying to break into the model homeOne of our "special" cars (skyline) got the windshield bashed inNo stores in that area are safe either, people get robbed up and down Murfreesboro rdall the timeYou pay way too much in taxes for a tiny patch of grass in a crappy areaI was so frustrated and couldn't take it anymore so I sold it as fast as I couldIf you care about the area you live in and the quality of your homego elsewhere!
