The uncertified mechanics experimented on my car and shorted out my electrical unit in attempt to replace the throttle body only I was told that by Cathy H [redacted] that she had to Hispanic mechanics that do not speak English well but she can guarantee that they are knowledgeable of carsIt is been weeks since I've had my car in my possession I was advised that the computer may need to be reset for the new throttle body put on by the two mechanics which one is under the table pay mechanic by the first mechanic as I found out more background information regarding the shop that was one uncomfortable detailI was also informed that the mechanics believe the new part was defective so the store owner Kathy H [redacted] took the liberty of returning my purchase part to [redacted] when in reality I have been being called on the phone for the past two weeks to get information on how to reset my own car so she can tell her mechanics what to do this has been a very disturbing process I have paid money f
