This is the answer to complaint ID [redacted] , submitted 07/20/ [redacted] , were at the time of the complaint, two months past due on their contract dated 02/25/ That contract financed a Dodge Durango They had delivered three broken promises to pay on their past due amountWe then disabled and repossessed their vehicleA $repossession fee was added to their account On the morning of the 20th, I notified them that I would accept their contractual arrearage of $until 5:00pm that dayThe repo and fee would not take effect until 5:00pmThey did not meet the deadlineWe sent out our day demand letter, (repo demand), on 07/21/I further advised them that I would not accept any partial payments Our conversations with them were firm but fairWe did not raise our voices to anyone No promises or warranties were made by J's Bluegrass Motors, or my employees This morning [redacted] Harvey came in this office & paid the $to redeem his repossessed Durango We will not apologize for our actions Thank you, [redacted]

*** did raise his voice many of times he said I was using my *** hadshields, there was never any arrangements for the past due or it would have been paid on the date He told me I just don't think you have the moneyHe kept pushing for us to clean the Durango out and sign it back overWhen we asked for the envelope he shredded itWe mailed the payment on the 12th they said they didn't receive it till the 25thThey are miles away They mailed there letter on the 21st we received it on the 23rd *** kept saying don't call here againThen when I did get ahold Jeff answered the phone and said I will call you at when mail runsNo callWe kept calling for days they wouldn't answerThen *** answer and said I'm just going to send your payment back
