The version from the business is not accurateIt is true that I did not try on the skirt againThis was after a minute+ conversation trying to explain the situationI reject the notion that the skirt was altered specific to the line of the designThis was a simple alterationThe skirt was brought in with a straight hem all aroundPlease see attached picture of the skirt todayIn the picture it is clear that it now has a lopsided hem and is longer in the back than in the frontThis picture was taken with the dress hung straight - the same method the business employed and at the time, agreed this was unevenI disagree with the commitment that the skirt could continue to be shortened and not ruin the designThere is not enough fabric to mitigate the risk of shortening the skirt beyond repairIt is a long skirt that has no additional hemSince none of this could be clearly communicated with the manager or stuff, I asked for a refund based on inaccurate work
