We are responding to this complaint indicating that we were in contract to supply the customer mowing services for 26-weeks When we send a customer an estimate of what our services will cost, once the customer agrees to the cost, we then move forward and provide those services However, once a customer cancels our services, regardless of the reason, the agreement is null and void, and services cease at that point In this case, the customer called and cancelled our services after the third cut; at that point no additional services were provided Because the customer was dissatisfied we decided not to invoice the customer for the services rendedered The customer did not incur any cost for our services, and once she called and cancelled our services, that indicated an end to the business relationshipThank you
