[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I have read the letter of response from said business, the work that was done was the water pump and thats allThere was no thermostat present as I realized when my car over heated aftr leaving your shop as for the pully I m not sure that took place now that I realized that your credibility is comprised to do the thermostat issueThe labor was negligent because of the cover on the timing belt cracked and still not fitting in place properly also the cap on the reservoir was off n the water damage to the fuse box because of it cost me as well as tow fee wich I have documented for further actions on my part against you business for all my experience due to your businesses dishonesty and negligence
