I am rejecting this response because: they are not telling the truthThey did not tell me anything about having to flush the systems again until a month after they put in the radiator, NOT when they 1st installed the new radiatorAnd they never said they would need to do it times, they said it needed to be done more timeThey also as I started in my complaint did not inform me of a very old water pump that needed to be replaced, and I ended up driving miles with a bad water pump which cased the anti freeze to leak out again, in the middle of my tripI have attached here the full complaint, with as much detail as I could manage, and I will also shortly be emailing a copy of the complaint directly to Marcia TilghmanI will be happy to answer any and all questions about any details that transpired in the past month
