Dear Sir or Ma'am,
I recieved a letter of complaint on 10/19/on that very same day I sent Mr*** *** an email with some copies of what was paid from the insurance and a signed letter stating that he chose the color his car was paintedThe letter also stated that he was
to bring back the car later for wet sand and buff and some minor touch upsThe reason the car was given to him before the car was finished was because he insisted on getting his car back ASAP.
I have waited to hear back from Mr *** but he still has not yet contacted me.
