sometime in April 2012 had over heating a problem with my 2001 Toyota RAV4 and for that reason I took my car to N & J Auto body shop in [redacted] to have it repair. I spoke to one of the mechanic and the owner of this Auto body shop Mr [redacted] and the problem that I have with my car was Fixable and it will only cost me 500.00 Dollars. Since I like their price I told them to go a head and fix my car with two payment plan which we both agree on and it will be fix within 3 to 5 days and my car will be ready. As he promised he has delivered with in the date that he side he will deliver . I picked my car and right after I drove it for 5 minutes my car start over heating again so I call them the same day and told them my car is overheating very badly and I was very afraid to drive it while my son is in the car so they told me to bring it over to have it checked. when I brought my car for the second time to be fixed they told me it will take a few day to find out what was causing the over heating and possible how mach more money will cost me to repair the car. I told them if the additional cost is too much they need to let me know. After keeping my car for 4 weeks they call me back to tell me my car has more problem and it will cost me between 700.00 to 1,500 to fix the problem. I told Mr. [redacted] I can not afford to pay that kind of money to fix my car therefore, I will just come and get my car they way it was which means t derivable but the over heating no being fix . Then Mr. [redacted] side he will never do that. I asked what is that he can not do and he said he has taken my car apart to see what the problem was and there is no way he can put it back, So I keep telling him to put the car the way it was but he refused to do so. one day I went to his shop to have a look what he is trying to tell me when I get to the shop I couldn't believe what they have done to my car The ENGINE was not in the car all the parts were allover the place. This car was it means so much to me and when I saw it got so sad and disappointing. That is when the problem start escalating because Mr. [redacted] refused to give me my car derivable as it was. After so many attempt's to get my car from this man I decided to contacted the higher owner of the company Mr. [redacted] and told him about my problem. He gave me an advise that to work with Mr [redacted] to fix this problem. in August 18,2012 I took Mr [redacted] advise and decided to work with Mr. [redacted] and we both agree that I should pay him 1500.00 Dollars total cost for the repair with 500 down payment and he will fix my car as new, and promise will deliver it to me within 10 day. which never happened. I have tried many times to reach out to him by phone and he never answer his phone and there is no voice mail. Today I have made my decision to write this letter to Revdex.com to get some help to getting my car.
