buying another gallon of paint, on my dime, and repainting it. He asked me to repaint the air conditioner to match the trailer, which I did, due to over-spray. He had 3/4ths of the trailer painted, I only painted a small portion of the trailer; the front, the side and 2 decks. He had mentioned there was some over-spray on the rubber mulch and a fish tank that had been on the deck for a while. There was also over-spray on the car. He walked around the job and stated completed and only concerned with the vehicle, nothing else. At that time the job was done, he stated he wasn't paying me until he had his car fixed. I then, at that time, offered to call a detail shop. Got a hold of a gentleman that drove over to his house. While on his way over, Stuart hopped in the car and told me he wasn't paying me and was going to take his vehicle to a place of his choosing. At that time I did call him a name. The garbage claiming to be left were items from the consumers house we placed in a bag for them to take care of.
The guy I attempted to hire to detail the vehicle stated he could buff it out for $60, however, Stuart refused. I offered to have some of the shingles to be replaced, he declined. I have contacted the insurance company and they stated it would be taken care of. The adjuster and the insurance company are handling the claim at this time. There was nothing wrong with the job, we walked the entire house and I was advised it was completed. There was nothing wrong the workmanship when I left the property. When I told him there were late fees if payment wasn't provided, that is when he started threatening me with filing a complaint with Revdex.com and calling the police. There is still an outstanding balance due of $325.00 plus late fees.
